Through our contact form: name, email address, company (optional), project type and message content. No data is collected without your knowledge; this site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers for commercial purposes.

Your data is used exclusively to: respond to your request, discuss a project or product demo with you, and — if you consent — keep you informed of our news. It is never sold, rented or shared for advertising purposes.
3. Recipients and processors
Your messages reach our team through a secure automation service (webhook) and are hosted by reliable infrastructure providers. Only authorized Astra Digital CM staff have access to them.
4. Retention period
Contact requests are kept for the time needed to process them, then archived for a maximum of 24 months, unless a legal obligation or ongoing business relationship requires otherwise.
5. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access control, logging) to protect your data from unauthorized access.
6. Your rights
Under applicable regulations, notably Cameroonian Law No. 2010/012 on cybersecurity and cybercriminality, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data. To exercise these rights, write to hello@astradigitalcm.com — we respond within 30 days.
