These terms govern access to and use of the astradigitalcm.com website and the services offered by Astra Digital CM. By using this site, you accept these terms without reservation.

Astra Digital CM designs and operates digital products (Tabulis, Proxim, InkForge, Vitrine) and provides custom development services: websites, mobile apps and automation. Information on this site is indicative and subject to change; the contractual characteristics of each product or service are defined in dedicated documents (contract, quote, product-specific terms).

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, visuals, logos, interfaces) is protected by intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of Astra Digital CM or its partners. Any reproduction, representation or exploitation without prior written authorization is prohibited. Content you create using our products (notably on InkForge) remains your exclusive property.

4. Use of the contact form

The contact form lets you send us your requests. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the form for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive solicitation purposes. We reserve the right not to respond to non-compliant inquiries.

5. Liability

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy and availability of published information but cannot guarantee the absence of errors, omissions or temporary service interruptions. We shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the site or inability to access it.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the competent courts of Douala, following an attempt at amicable resolution.
